Reminder to Parents and Students
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due no later than Friday, March 10th to secure your student’s dot in the 2017 competitive marching band show. We have already begun to pay the show designer and it is critical that he knows how many marchers to design the show for.
The payment information listed below is for rising freshman/rookies in addition to the 10th through 12th grade students. The payment schedule for the remainder of the $650 fee is:
$180 due May 1, 2017
$180 due July 1, 2017
$190 due August 15, 2017
To show our appreciation for your timely payments, if your 2017 band fees and accessories are paid in full by August 1st, you will receive a $25 discount, reducing your total fees down to $625.
If you cannot meet this financial obligation, please contact Chris Varnadoe, Mr. Padgett or Mr. Berry before March 10th.
