Parent Meeting: Tuesday, 8/12 @ 7:00pm

There will be a very important parent meeting on Tuesday 8/12/14 at 7:00 pm.  A small reception will follow the meeting with the kids and staff in order to formally welcome our new assistant band director, Ben Berry, and introduce the incredible instructors that have worked alongside our students to accomplish what can only be described as remarkable. Learning the entire show during band camp is amazing and something that has not happened in a long time if ever.

A couple things to remember:

We are still missing completed forms which include essential travel permission forms and medical forms.

Veterans:  Reminder that the due date for band fees to be paid is fast approaching.  All fees are due by 8/18/14.  If for any reason you are unable to meet this deadline, you must contact me this week to work out a payment schedule (wkbbpresident@gmail.com).

Premier Show is Saturday 8/16/14.  Details will be given Tuesday at the meeting.

March-A-Thon was postponed due to weather and is rescheduled for Saturday 8/23/14. This also gives more time to collect sponsorships.
