3:45 PM Report time @ WKHS Band Room; change into formal wear
4:15 PM Warm up @ WKHS
4:45 PM Load Buses/truck
5:00 PM Depart for LHS
5:30 PM Arrive @ LHS
6:30 PM Warm Up
7:00 PM Perform on stage
7:40 PM Sight Reading
8:15 PM Load Buses/truck
8:30 PM Depart for WKHS
9:00 PM Arrive back @ WKHS
Please wear your Concert formal wear (Tux, Dresses). Gentlemen, black dress shoes and black socks are required.
Ladies, hair should be worn up and back neatly. Guys, clean-shaven and neatly combed hair.
Parents can pick up their child at LHS, as long as written note is submitted to Mr. Barfield PRIOR to the busses departing WKHS at 5:00 PM.
