9:15 – 10:45 AM Load/Dress/eat
10:45 – 10:55 AM Inspection
10:55 – 11:05 AM Load Busses
11:05 AM Depart for Irmo HS
11:45 AM Arrive @ Irmo HS; unload/prepare
12:30 PM Warm up
1:30 PM Prelims Performance!!!
**The Boosters will be feeding the kids lunch after prelims. 5:00 PM Awards Ceremony
**Boosters will have snacks available for the kids after awards.
**Please be prepared to send money with your child to get something to eat at the competition prior to or after their Finals performance. Irmo does a great job of having plenty of food vendors at the competition, but the lines can get long.

11:00 PM Arrive back @ WKHS
If you would like to pick up your child at the end of the contest, you must turn in a note prior to us leaving WKHS. You may pick up your child at the busses. You must sign out with our head chaperone after you have turned in your uniforms, Color Guard uniforms included. Per Lexington District 1 policy, only the parent of the child may take the child. No other sibling, friend, or parent of another child may take the child from the event.
