Parents and Students,
As we approach the final payment for the Carnegie Hall trip, I am providing a sample letter you can use to send out to all of your relatives, friends, business contacts, etc., in an effort to raise funds. I suggest you personalize the sample letter, and email to every contact you have, as well as post on your Facebook. I have done this in the past, and had my bands throughout my career do this letter writing campaign, and was very successful raising funds. we just had one of our own band families do this, and they have raised over $900 so far!
Remember, the final payment is due no later than February 26th! Good luck!
