Friday, February 20th:
7:30 AM Report to CSMS if you want to ride a bus to LHS.
8:30 AM Seating of Bands; You must be on time, or you risk losing your seat in the band!
ASAP Rehearsals begin
11:30 AM Lunch; bring money with you. All students will ride bus to local fast food.
2:00 PM US Navy Band Concert
3:30 PM Rehearsals resume
7:30 PM Rehearsals end
Saturday, February 21st:
8:30 AM Rehearsals begin. There will not be a bus. Transportation is on your own.
11:00 AM Lunch and dressing time
1:30 PM Report to warm up
2:00 PM Concert begins

Clinic Symphonic Band James Taylor Band Room – C111
Senior Symphonic Band Dr. Jerry Gatch LOPAC Stage
I encourage everyone to take the bus over in the morning, or carpool, as parking on
Friday will be very limited. If you are driving, you must park by the football stadium.
If your parent is driving you, please have them drop you off in the loop in front of
the LOPAC. Saturday parking will not be an issue since school is not in session.
Recordings and plaques will be offered by outside vendors on Saturday.
