The 2nd Annual Timberwolf CWEA Invitational – Thirty-seven (37) winter guards and percussion ensembles from South Carolina will perform at the 2015 White Knoll Contest on Saturday March 7, 2015. This event has the potential to make a considerable amount of money for the White Knoll Band.
The Director’s Hospitality room for the Saturday March 7, 2015 CWEA event will be provided by the WK band parents. There will be roughly 75 director’s and assistants eating throughout the whole day. Please sign up on Charm’s to bring one (or more 🙂 items or feel free to bring something of your choosing. Outlets will be available for crockpots. If you know of an eating establishment that will donate food for this event please feel free to contact them and make arrangements to have the food available the day of the event.
Also, we will be having a bake sale to help raise money for the band. While baking cookies for the director’s hospitality feel free to bake a second batch to sell.
