Everyone’s help is needed! Saturday March 7 (part 2)

The 2nd Annual Timberwolf CWEA Invitational
This event has the potential to make a considerable amount of money for the White Knoll Band.

I hope everyone has been to Charms, signed up for food for Director’s Hospitality and made your grocery list.  Don’t forget about the extra desserts for the bake sale.

With 37 groups performing (apx 550 students) we need everyone available to help out!!  Please go out to Charm’s and sign up for a position.
We will start preparing for the event on Friday March 6 at 4:00 pm – all are welcome to come out and help as there will be lots of manual labor to be done to get ready for the show.
We will then start Saturday morning at 6:30 and end when everything get’s cleaned up. The more hands available to work the better. There is a job available for everyone.

Now go back into Charms and decide where you want to volunteer.  Lots of positions still available.
