Itinerary for the Jaguar Classic Marching Contest October 31st, 2015 (revised)
7:30 – 7:45 AM Report to WKHS Band Room; please remember to eat a healthy breakfast and hydrate!
8:00 – 10:00 AM Rehearsal
10:00 – 12:15 PM Lunch; get dressed/load
12:15 – 12:25 PM Inspection
12:25 – 12:30 PM Load Busses
12:30 PM Depart for Forestview HS
2:30 PM Arrive @ Forestview HS; unload
3:40 – 4:15 PM Warm up
4:25 PM Staging area
4:30 PM Performance!!!
5:00 PM Awards Ceremony
5:45 PM Depart for WKHS
7:45 PM Arrive back @ WKHS
If you would like to pick up your child at the end of the contest, you must turn in a note prior to us leaving WKHS. You may pick up your child at the busses, and you must sign out with our head chaperone. You can only pick up your child. District policy states that only the parent of the child may take the child from a school event. This means no other parent, family member or friend may take another child, even if the parents of that child allow. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but it is Lexington District 1 policy.
