ARAMARK INSTRUCTIONS

Each year the WK Bands participate in concession stand fundraising at UofSC events including football, basketball, concerts, baseball, and more. It is entirely possible to work a portion of these events to pay the total cost of band fees.

Aramark events are quickly approaching and we need to get necessary steps taking care of. All volunteers no matter if you have helped in the past need to complete the first 2 tasks. The minimum age to work USC football games is 16.

QUESTIONS:
Contact Jeremy George at 839-810-6537 or send a message via the BandApp.

DIRECTIONS

1st: USC Background Checks . . .

All NPO group volunteers MUST complete the background check BEFORE the season begins. It takes all of 2 minutes to do and is very easy.

• Go to the DLES website – sc.edu/uscpd

• Choose “Gameday Credentials” at the bottom of page

• Enter Password – uscfootball

Critical Information:

1. Begin submitting applications immediately

2. All names must be entered CORRECTLY

3. Must use FULL LEGAL NAME – no nicknames (match gov’t ID)

4. If there is no middle name, type “NMN” in that field

5. Incorrect submissions and type-o’s will not be accepted

6. SSN or work Visa number (if no SSN) is required

7. You MUST COMMUNICATE with your teams

REMINDER: EVERYONE MUST PRESENT A GOVT ISSUED PHOTO ID EACH GAME IN ORDER TO ENTER WILLIAMS BRICE STADIUM.

2nd: Aramark conducts their own background checks so we have to send a complete list of student/parent emails to them. If you or your child would like to participate click on the email and complete task. If you are younger than 18 but at minimum 16 the email comes to minor first and then to the parent for consent. Parents you will get a separate email for your background check. Emails should be coming out later this week or first of next week. Be on the look out.

3rd:
There will be an online training that will need to be completed as well. I am still waiting on link to the training and if folks that completed last year need to complete again. More to come on this though.
