Itinerary for volunteers for our CWEA event this weekend

The itinerary for volunteers for our CWEA event this weekend is as follows –
Friday 3/11 – Meet at the school at 4:00 pm in the gym lobby.
During this time we will be setting up for our Saturday event. Some of the set-up includes –
  • Securing the protective tarp for the gym floor
  • Marking out directional flow
  • Set-up tables through out the event area
  • Securing parts of the school that will not be used

Saturday 3/12 – Meet at the school at 8:00 am in the gym lobby.

  • Sound check begins at 9:15
  • Doors open at 9:45
  • Awards 6:00
  • Clean-up till done
IN NEED OF
  • Food for the Director’s Hospitality & for our own students – Non perishable items can be brought to the school Friday evening. All other food can be brought Saturday morning. The Director’s Hospitality will be in room 517 next to the gym.
  • Volunteers –  Parent’s, siblings, grand-parents, friends, marching band students …. ALL are welcomed and needed for this event to be successfully.
