THIS IS A TENTATIVE SCHEDULE!
Friday, February 26th:
8:15 AM Report to CSMS if you want to ride the bus to LHS.
9:45 AM Seating of Bands; You must be on time, or you risk losing your seat in the band!
ASAP Rehearsals begin
1:00 PM Lunch; bring money with you. All students will ride bus to local fast food.
3:00 PM Rehearsals resume
7:00 PM Rehearsals end
Saturday, February 27th:
Students are responsible for their own transportation.
8:30 AM Rehearsals begin. There will not be a bus. Transportation is on your own.
11:00 AM Lunch and dressing time
1:30 PM Report to warm up
2:00 PM Concert begins

I encourage everyone to take the bus over in the morning, or carpool, as parking on
Friday will be very limited. If you are driving, you must park by the football stadium.
If your parent is driving you, please have them drop you off in the loop in front of
the LOPAC. Saturday parking will not be an issue since school is not in session.
Recordings and plaques will be offered by outside vendors on Saturday.

If you have a student participating and are a district approved chaperone, WE NEED YOU! We need two for Friday, and one for Saturday even though there are four and two slots open on Charms. Friday is the most important day for chaperones, as the kids are there during school hours. Please sign up in Charms.
