CONCERT FESTIVAL ITINERARY
TUESDAY MARCH 15, 2016
1:20pm – Seated in band hall for rehearsal
1:20-2:00 – Rehearsal
2:00-2:25 – Dress if needed. Load large instruments
2:25 – Load busses
2:35 – Depart for Lexington High School
3:00 – Arrive at LHS. Restrooms if needed. Unload equipment
3:40 – Warm up/Tune
4:10 – State Concert Festival Performance
4:35 – Sight Reading
4:45- Load busses
5:00 – Depart for WKHS
5:30 – Arrive at WKHS
6:00 – Band Hall locked
If you would like to pick your child up at Lexington High School, per district policy, we need a signed note BEFORE we depart for Lexington High School. If you have submitted permission for your child (and only your child) to leave from LHS, you may pick your child up at the busses after our performance. You must check your student out with a chaperone! Thank you for your cooperation with this district policy!
